Pricing Including Levies

What’s Included

All prices are inclusive of crew, food, linen (except towels) and snorkeling gear (masks, fins and snorkels).

Private Double

Some boats may have double cabin surcharges on private doubles or twins. Please refer to the attached Rates Card.

Levy

All passengers are responsible for a Great Barrier Reef Marine Parks Levy, National Parks and Wildlife Levy and Administration fee payable upon check-in.
Anyone entering the Marine & National Parks area is responsible for Marine & National Park Levies. This will be collected prior to your departure at the OzSail Check In desk.
Levy (per person / trip):
- $45 for 2day/2night

This is broken down as follows:
EMC: $5.50 per day
QPWS: $1.55 per day
FUEL: $ 10 per trip
Marina Fees $7.50
Administration Fee (including Gst)

The Great Barrier Reef is one of the world’s greatest natural wonders and everyone here at OzSail supports the efforts made to manage and protect it. All passengers traveling to the Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef are required to pay a government tax which goes towards the conservation of the Great Barrier Reef. Through such efforts, we hope to be able to continue to provide fantastic sailing and scuba diving holidays to the Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef!

Stinger Suits

Dangerous jellyfish inhabit the waters of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk. We highly recommend that guests wear stinger suits at all times they are in the water.

During our Stinger Season (1 Oct – 31 May) guests must wear Lycra stinger suits. Guests will not be permitted to participate in “in-water” activities during the Stinger Season unless they are wearing a lycra stinger suit.

Stinger Suits can be rented from $20 for the duration of the trip.

Pricing & Departure Schedule

Prices Valid 1 April 2011 – 31 March 2012. Please see attached Rates Card.
All prices are in Australian Dollars, including GST, but excluding Levies.
There is a 1.3% surcharge on all credit card transactions.

Cancellations

Cancellations less than 21 days before cruise departure will result in the complete forfeiture of the full price. Transfers at least 72 hrs before the day of scheduled departure will incur a $30 transfer fee. No Transfers will be accepted under this 72 hr period
