Travel Insurance

OzSail highly recommends passengers take out adequate travel insurance with coverage for the following situations: 

• Damaged Property (You will be on a boat surrounded by seawater!)
• Medical Emergencies including Ambulance cover
• Travel Cancellation & Interruption.  This includes travel complications such as problems with transportation or illness. 
  

Ozsail Cancellation Policy

Individuals
Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of departure on your Whitsunday sailing holiday will result in the full forfeiture of all payments made. 

Private Charters
If you have chartered an entire vessel for a Whitsunday sailing holiday, any cancellations or changes within 30 days of departure will result in the full forfeiture of all payments made.
