 Border Island is located on the outside the main island group, but offers excellent anchorage in some conditions.
The edge of Cateran Bay, opening to the north of the island, offers superb coral formations and marine life to explore.

These locations are protected by a complete fishing ban, and restrictions on anchoring and mooring.
For the more adventurous, there is the challenge of hiking up to the saddle of the island. Your reward will be spectacular views to the main island group north and south and to stunning Whitehaven Beach.
